MailChimp has changed their pricing plans. They now have Tiered plans with fixed monthly fee depending on features ($10/mo or $199/mo) + fee based on your projected size of your audience. Plans are not automatically bumped up based on your audience size, you have to choose ahead of time your audience cap. A free plan still exists. https://mailchimp.com/pricing/
